So the general thought is that over your entire account, as long as you have (or in my case had at one point) 10 different maxed titles, it will count your HoM as r2 and spawn the phoenix.

Did you max out your hall (that might explain it, since you hall goes up one rank when you completely fill it)

Yea except I didnt do it that way, havent even put it in yet, I showed anyone who has asked thus far, and I can prove my case, seeing as the armor in the HoM also is at r2

...see the thing is...you can't prove your case...you could simply just not have it on account wide...now you go get rid of the pet at the tamer and take a screen shot of you in there next to it without him being tamed....then I might believe you

its becuz your hom is account based now so if you have 10 titles maxed on any toon you get it when yougo there then take it to houses
